Your role
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints through hotline and offer one-stop resolution
- Handle customer dispute cases with care and professionalism and escalate to supervisor when needed
- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers
- Follow procedures and workflows to comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
To succeed in this role
- HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
- Customer oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese and English
- Knowledge on common PC software applications would be an advantage
- Able to work shift duty
- Working Location: Tuen Mun
