Administrative Assistant [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Responsibilities

  • Support full spectrum of office administration duties including courier, office supplies, office repair and maintenance

  • Backup receptionist duties
  • Arrange meeting room setup
  • Maintain administration document filing system
  • Assist in organizing company events and staff activities
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate communication and workflow
  • Assist outdoor work if needed

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years office administration / secretarial experience
  • Self-motivated, responsible, multi-tasked, detail-minded and a good team player
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, flexible and open minded
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
