Job Description
Job Summary:
+ Perform clerical and administrative support to project teams in Program, Cost, Consultancy Discipline
+ Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure efficient projects’ operation
+ Maintain and update the project files, documents, database / library with high accuracy
+ Assist the project teams to prepare proposal / tender submission
+ Support projects’ financial updates
+ Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
Qualifications
Requirements:
+ Completion of Secondary / High School Education or above
+ Knowledgeable in business tools including MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Good communication, organizing and problem-solving skills
+ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
+ A good team player and can work well in a team
+ Good command of both written and spoken English while Chinese language skills are preferred
Preferred requirements:
+ Candidates with clerical/ administrative support experience in construction & engineering company is an advantage, especially those with Housing Authority project experience
