Job Title: Analyst, Asset Management (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)

The Analyst is to provide all-rounded support to client’s leasing and asset management team, processing associated documentation, and working with the other CBRE functions to undertake portfolio optimization initiatives., The team is responsible for, negotiating new licences and leases, arranging lease renewals with the landlord, undertaking lease surrenders tracking and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists manager with preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports through working with other departments and share to the stakeholders in a timely, accurate manner.
- Assist manager in invoicing and payments through working with other departments to make sure on time billing.
- Assists manager in resolving critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions, lease terms and other relevant items as requested.
- Assist manager to arrange and performs site inspections as required.
- Regularly keep track on all lease negotiation and assist manager to upload related data on data management system
- Regularly keep track of all rental and other related charges payment with Finance.
- Prepares lease abstracts and work with data management team to make sure all lease details are up to date and accurate.
- Perform vendor onboarding work and communicate with related authorities to seek for approvals as required.
- Creates and maintains client lease files ensuring they contain current, accurate information.
- Provides ad hoc update to client on cases and coordinate with other functions as needed.
- Develop good working relationship with client, landlords, other functions and supply partners.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Associate Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry
- High calibre fresh graduate will also be considered
- Account/client management skills
- Fluency in English and local language
- Ability to respond effectively to highly sensitive issues
