Job Description
1. Monitor and be responsible for exceptional analysis towards to quality indicators such as end-to-end logistics timeliness, customer experience and outstanding orders in Hong Kong & Macao, and collaborate with upstream and downstream partners to optimize the process to maximize customers' benefits
2. Responsible for logistics quality control via data analysis of Hong Kong last mile, to send weekly report and set up weekly meeting mechanism, and to push operation continuous improvement;
3. Cooperating with IT team to improve operation and optimize consumer experience through process optimization, product improvement, consumer access channels, etc.
Position Requirement
1. Junior college education background or above, with at least three-year logistics/quality control related working experience;
2. Familiar weith Microsoft Office software and able to do data analysis;
3. Extrovert and optimistic, able to adapt to fast-paced and high-intensity work environment, good communication and coordination skills.
