Our client is a professional financial services and intermediation firm that provides various financial and insurance services and products, to both families and businesses. They offer personalized solutions in areas such as wealth management and insurance coverage. They are looking to hire a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Officer.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, both verbally and in writing
-Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved quickly and efficiently
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, taking every opportunity to understand their needs and preferences
-Document customer interactions, transactions, and complaints accurately in the company's systems
-Collaborate with other departments and team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
-Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and company policies in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
-Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, such as response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales goals
-Continuously work to improve processes and systems related to customer service, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management as needed.
Qualifications:
-Must be fluent in Mandarin
-Higher diploma or above, with 0-2 years of experience
-Proficient in English
-Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Excellent communication skills, mature, and able to deal with customers
-Love to help people, comfortable with long hours of customer interaction
-Welcome fresh graduates/iANG visa holders
