JOB SUMMARY
The role is responsible for the daily administration support to senior executives and general office administration.
- Manage and maintain the calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations and transportation
- Maintain expense reports via Concur system and perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- Prepare reports and presentations as assigned
- Manage room setup prior to meetings
- Manage reception area, greet all visitors and assist them when required
- As a Committee Member for corporate activities e.g. Christmas Party, Annual Staff Party
- Provide support to special events and meetings, and arrange catering when necessary
- Work closely with Administration Team
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and events/activities
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- 2-4 years of experiences in supporting senior executives
- 3 years’ relevant experience in office administration is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multi-tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a variety of individuals at all levels
- Team player with positive and can-do attitude, adapt to change easily and effectively
- Communicates in clear & concise manner
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications
- Fluent in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is a plus
