As an established property management company and a member of the public-listed Allied Group, we are now looking for the right candidate to fill the following position:
Responsible for the property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, supervision of staff and contractor
Minimum 4 years’ experience in property management or related disciplines
Holder of Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 2)
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Customer-orientated, good leadership and communication skills
Immediate available is preferable
Applicant with less qualification or experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
Working location: Central (Mid-Level)
