Temporary Receptionist (1 Month Contract)
Responsibilities
- Office administration including, update records, filing, office maintenance, supplies & equipment, attendance, utilities, pantry supplies and office tidiness
- Assist with making travel arrangements for management
- Calendar management by scheduling & confirming meetings with attendees & booking meeting rooms
- Reception, including welcoming Clients, answering calls and taking messages
Requirements
- 1-year work experience (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Diploma or above in any field is highly advantageous
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, well-organized, open-minded and professional
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
