Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services.
Major Duties:
(a)
To assist in identifying and following up new business opportunities;
(b)
To assist in the implementation and management of corporate training and consultancy projects;
(c)
To support and liaise with key stakeholders including corporate clients, government agencies, training professionals and operational units of VTC on matters relating to training and service delivery;
(d)
To assist in the development and operation of continuing professional development (CPD) programmes and award-bearing programmes for the in-service market;
(e)
To perform administrative duties and support matters relating to quality assurance and accreditation;
(f)
To handle Continuing Education Fund (CEF) applications and reimbursement claims;
(g)
To handle enquiries and complaints independently; and
(h)
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings.
Requirements:
(a)
A recognised degree or equivalent;
(b)
At least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the education / training sector and/or in liaising with and supporting corporate clients;
(c)
Practical knowledge of the requirement and operation of CPD programmes for financial services and insurance industries is highly desirable;
(d)
Self-motivated, attentive to details, able to work independently and be a good team player;
(e)
Good communication, organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills; and
(f)
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written assessment.

The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours.
