Customer Services Officer (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries and complaints, including calls and emails from Agency and Brokers channels in aspect of Customer Campaign and Promotion host by the company or co-host with the New World Group

Provide accurate information to the inquirers

Follow up or refer enquires to relevant parties

Handle the service bookings

Create and maintain reports about enquiries

Keep management informed on issues and problems

Provide other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
F.5 or above

Preferably 1 year of customer services experience

Good telephone manner and customer service skills

Detail oriented and good communication skills

Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin

Able to work under pressure and meet expectation
