As our Resident Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Warmly welcoming new residents to the community and making them feel at home right away by familiarising them with our property, amenities and services.
  • Planning and developing events and activities like social gatherings, sports competitions and recreational programmes, as well as creating volunteering opportunities to unite residents in supporting worthy causes.
  • Managing and monitoring the digital customer service platform.
  • Acting as a liaison between residents and the estate management team to address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Helping attract potential residents by input and involvement in promotional events.
  • Establishing good relationships with residents and responding effectively to their requests and expectations.
  • Being creative!

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree holder in Property, Housing Management, Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum eight years’ experience in a hospitality or residential environment with at least three years in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Poised and professional manner towards stakeholders with ability to influence internal and external parties.
  • Independent, proactive and customer-oriented approach with a positive mindset.
  • Creative flair.
