Our client is a world-class global data center. They now looking for Part Time Roadshow Ambassador.
Target: 15 Part Time Roadshow Ambassador
Package: Basic $65 per hour + $15/hour attendance incentive
Working Hours: Mon-Sat, 08:00-19:00, base on availability
Working Location: 3/F, 7 Siu Yip Street, Kowloon Bay (require to on-duty at outreach activities if any)
Team: HKT education – Support & Roadshow
Contract period: 3 months (till 30 Sep 23)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support on School Roadshows
-Communication with schools on arrangements
-Documents Preparation
-Payment Collection
-Consolidation and Order documents handling
-Fulfillment arrangement (not limited to stick labels, stick screen protectors, software
installation and delivery arrangement)
-Distribution
- Education Sales Hotline support
- 1st tier support: Jot enquiries from schools and assign to sales
- Sales order support
-Order form checking and submission to process
-Prepare sales reports and documents
Other clerical work not limited to:
-Handle incoming tenders from schools (Photocopy and assign to sales)
-Handle completed tenders (Prepare envelope cover and arrange courier)
-Submit tenders in person if needed
-Bring faulty tablets to repair center to repair for schools
