Personal Assistant to Chairman


 

Job Responsibilities

· Assist Chairman with both personal and corporation matters

· Assist to arrange daily schedule, personal matters, and travel itineraries, including travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, events coordination and household matters etc.

· Handle business correspondence, taking minutes, drafting reports, and handle confidential documents as required

Job Requirement

· University degree or above

· 5 years or above work experience in administration / secretarial field will be an advantage

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

· Able to work independently in a fast pace environment

· Be honest, patient, detail-minded, well-organized, proactive and willing to learn

· Flexibility to work overtime and business trip may be required

· Immediate available is highly preferred
